V. Ravichandran has spent his entire career of 30 years in the B2B sales domain. He started his career in the aftermarket support of construction equipment at L&T Limited in 1991 and then moved to sales in 1998.  Subsequently, he managed the Pan India marketing and training operation, primarily focussing on increasing sales and channel management at CNH Industrial, a multinational Organisation. His book '7 Value Drivers for Success in Sales' is a best seller, and is read by Sales Professionals throughout the B2B domain.

Ravichandran has traveled extensively throughout India, enriching his understanding of market behavior. He has acquired deep knowledge of the customers’ inner drives and motives. He has personally designed and delivered over 100 sales training programs. Ravichandran won a gold medal from IIFT Delhi for his Executive Diploma in Industrial Marketing & a Certified Sales Coach from Erickson Coaching International.
